De BeleefTV can be assembled completely by yourself, which allows the device to fit your needs and wishes perfectly. There are currently 15 software menus available. With a total of over 150 games, De BeleefTV has the most extensive range of games of any comparable product on the market. And close cooperation with various care institutions for both dementia and intellectual disability gives us the opportunity for continuous development. In this way, we can guarantee that at least two completely new menus are developed every year.
We rated the software on three aspects: social, cognitive and fine motor skills. Each of these aspects have been rated on a scale of 1 to 5.

Better through Image
In collaboration with Better through Image (Beter door Beeld), we offer two nature films. These calm, simple and relatable films reduce anxiety and restlessness. In addition, they help promote day and night rhythm.
Each film lasts 90 minutes, divided into clips of about 3 minutes. They are scenes of ‘close-to-home nature’ with, for example, great tits, deer and rustling trees. These clips alternate quietly. Combined with the specific
method of filming and editing (with a still background and moving foreground), the viewer is given time to absorb the subject. The silence of nature and the accompanying audio also add to the soothing character.
BrainTrain menu

The Braintrain menu is specially developed for people with Acquired Brain Injury in healthcare institutions and day care centers. This menu supports cognitive recovery and stimulates users in an accessible and enjoyable way, helping them train their memory, concentration, and problem-solving skills.

This menu was created in collaboration with the House of Alijn museum. The 15 different life themes with more than 10,000 recognisable images, sounds and objects recall memories and inivte conversation. The House of Alijn helps to talk about more sensitive topics too. From a funeral procession to wedding videos and from toys to holiday photos.

This menu offers various levels of difficulty, so everyone can participate at their own pace. The menu is carefully designed to stimulate movement in a fun and accessible way.

The Family menu contains games for the whole family. The family menu encourages and promotes interaction between grandparent and (grand)child. With the combination game, you can learn about the differences between everyday objects from then and now. Show your grandparents how good you are at maths or colour together. Cognitive level 4-10 years.

The Magic Menu is specially designed for people with a more severe form of dementia or a more severe intellectual disability. The action-reaction games encourage users to participate in an activity. The Magic menu breaks through apathy and stimulates fine motor skills. Cognitive level 1-3 years.
My Media
My Media
My Media has been developed to enable personalized use of De BeleefTV. Using a USB stick, you can play personal photos, videos, and music on De BeleefTV.
This creates space and attention for the resident’s life story. Many residents have a desire to reflect on their lives and share special, pleasant, or even less pleasant experiences. It can be beneficial for residents to have the opportunity, the space, and a listening ear to talk about their life stories. With these menus, we aim to support caregivers and residents in this process.
Additionally, it is also possible to present local content (such as a city or town archive) or photos and videos of activities and outings with the residents. This way, you can decide what content to display on De BeleefTV.
My Media also allows you to create unique memory games, puzzles, sand games, and black-andwhite photo activities using your own provided videos, audio files, and images.

This menu, especially for people with severe (multiple) intellectual disabilities, was created in cooperation with care organisation Sherpa. The games contain visual and auditory rewards that keep the user captivated. All applications in the menu can also be played with our Snoezy cushion. This still allows clients with limited physical function to play with The BeleefTV. Use the magic wand, supplied with the cushion, and the experience will be magical! Cognitive level 1 to 3 years.
