In collaboration with Better through Image (Beter door Beeld), we offer two nature films. These calm, simple and relatable films reduce anxiety and restlessness. In addition, they help promote day and night rhythm.
Each film lasts 90 minutes, divided into clips of about 3 minutes. They are scenes of ‘close-to-home nature’ with, for example, great tits, deer and rustling trees. These clips alternate quietly. Combined with the specific
method of filming and editing (with a still background and moving foreground), the viewer is given time to absorb the subject. The silence of nature and the accompanying audio also add to the soothing character.
